The Services are not directed towards young children or minors under the age of 18. Please do not use the Services if you are under the age of 18. Bingo Billions is intent on complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding minors, including the United States’ Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Specifically, Bingo Billions will not knowingly collect and maintain any personally identifiable information from individuals under 18.          

If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child has submitted personally identifiable information, Bingo Billions will make reasonable efforts to delete the information from its database at your request. The information we receive depends on the third-party application, your privacy settings and, if applicable, your friends’ privacy settings on that third-party application.

Information received from External Apps may include information like your name, your profile picture or its URL, your user ID number (such as Facebook ID number) which may be linked to other information like your friends’ identifiers, the user ID number and other information of your friends, like their names and profile photos, the login e-mail you provided to the third-party application, your physical location and that of the devices you use to access our Service, gender, birthday and/or age range, information about your activities on or through third-party application(s), other information you have shared on third-party application(s), any other information that you or the provider of the third-party application share with us.

 

If you access our Services through External Apps, please review their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 

If you do not know what information the External Apps you use is sharing with us, please approach the applicable External App's applicable documentation and learn more about their privacy practices.

This may include, but is not limited to, Device Data such as the type of Device you are using, its operating system and version, unique Device identifiers (e.g., MAC Address, Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)), browser type and language, the referring page (the site you visited before ours), the exit page (the website you visit immediately after leaving ours), the platform type, the number of clicks on a page or feature, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, time spent on specific pages, game state, and the date and time of activities on our Websites or Games. As outlined in the Terms, you may choose to disclose personal information through the User Content you provide, including in chat rooms, blogs, message boards, public player profiles, or similar forums available on mobile Services. Additionally, any Personal Information you submit—such as videos and images—may be accessed, read, viewed, collected, or used by third parties, including other users. We are not responsible for any Personal Information you choose to make public through your User Content.

 

To support certain social features, you may have the option to import your address book contacts or manually enter them to locate and invite them to join you in our Games or other Services. Before sharing their contact details with us, you are responsible for obtaining their permission. Additionally, we may receive information about you if other Bingo Billions users import or enter their contacts.

 

1.5 Payment Information

When you pay fees through the Services, we may process your payments directly or utilize third-party services, such as payment processors. These third-party services are considered Third Party Content, as defined in the ToU. During the payment process, certain financial information may be collected from you, including your name, email address, physical address, and other billing details. If you wish to delete your payment or billing information, you may need to do so through the third-party service provider (if applicable), as we only retain minimal, secure access to these records as necessary to provide the Services.

Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to collect non-identifiable information (“Analytic Data”). This data may be gathered when you visit our Website or interact with the Services. 1.7 Cache Data

 

A cache is a feature of your mobile device that automatically stores data for record-keeping purposes. While cache data does not personally identify users, it does associate with your mobile device. However, if you prefer, you can adjust your mobile device settings to prevent it from storing this information while using the Services. Some application features may only function properly with the collection of such data. 2.            In addition to the above, we may use Personal Information to communicate with you and other users in a number of ways, including to respond to customer support inquiries; keep you and others informed of your in-game activity, provide you with comments from friends, information of Prizes, Promotions, Virtual Items and in-game status. We may also send promotional messages, such as “Advertisements” (as defined in the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982) using various methods including "direct mailing” (as defined in the IPPL) ("") directly or in partnership with other parties. Service Providers: We collaborate with subsidiaries and third-party companies ("Service Providers") to support and enhance our Services. These providers assist with optimizing our Games and Services, analyzing data, processing payments, enhancing user experience, delivering Promotional Content via email, and providing hosting services.

Opting Out of Promotional Communications

To stop receiving promotional emails from Bingo Billions, click the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email.

To stop receiving promotional texts or SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any message. Please note that opt-outs may take some time to process.

Many of our Games offer an option under “Your Account” or “Settings” to stop receiving Promotional Communications.

Opting Out of Personal Information Disclosures
